Development and industrial projects rarely fail environmental scrutiny because of malicious intent — they fail because impacts were not properly identified, assessed, or mitigated before the project moved forward, leaving organizations exposed to regulatory delay, community opposition, and costly retrofits. In rapidly developing industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors across the Middle East, where new projects are constantly weighed against environmental and social considerations, the ability to conduct or interpret a credible Environmental Impact Assessment is a core professional competency.
This training course is designed to build practical competency in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) methodology for personnel involved in project planning, environmental compliance, and regulatory coordination.
