Course Overview

Effective facility management is the operational infrastructure upon which every organization depends — yet it is one of the most consistently under-resourced and under-professionalized functions in the corporate world. Buildings, utilities, workplace environments, maintenance programs, energy systems, cleaning and catering services, and space management are the conditions within which an organization's entire workforce operates. When facility management is reactive, inconsistent, or poorly governed, the consequences manifest in operational downtime, regulatory non-compliance, energy waste, safety incidents, and a workplace environment that undermines rather than supports organizational performance.


This training course is designed to develop the comprehensive facility management competency required to plan, operate, and continuously improve facility management systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments.
