Course Overview
Fire code violations rarely announce themselves — a blocked exit, an expired extinguisher tag, or an overloaded electrical panel can sit unnoticed for months until an emergency exposes the gap. In commercial, industrial, and high-occupancy facilities across the Middle East, where rapid construction growth and diverse building uses are common, competent fire inspection is a frontline defense against preventable fire loss and life safety failure.
This training course is designed to build practical competency in fire code inspection for personnel responsible for verifying life safety and fire protection compliance. The course is aligned with NFPA 1031: Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Inspector and Plan Examiner and NFPA 101: Life Safety Code, which establish the framework for inspection competency and life safety system requirements.
