Course Overview
Fire suppression systems are often the last line of defense between a small ignition event and a catastrophic facility loss — but only if they are correctly understood, properly maintained, and confidently operated when seconds matter. In industrial, commercial, and facility environments across the Middle East, where high-value assets, dense occupancy, and complex process areas are common, a solid working knowledge of fire suppression systems is essential for personnel responsible for their oversight and emergency response.
This training course is designed to build practical competency in fire suppression system types, inspection practices, and emergency response procedures. The course is aligned with NFPA 25: Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems and NFPA 13: Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, which establish the framework for system reliability and code-compliant maintenance. Overview of suppression system failures and their primary causes including (closed valves, inadequate maintenance, and undetected impairments)
