Course Overview
This Food Hygiene and Safety Training Course equips organizational teams with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to handle, prepare, and store food safely in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles and ISO 22000 food safety management standards. Participants gain a clear understanding of food contamination sources, foodborne illness prevention, and the personal hygiene practices essential to maintaining a safe food handling environment.
The course further develops applied food safety skills, including proper storage temperatures, cleaning and sanitation procedures, and pest control awareness. Emphasis is placed on practical, scenario-based learning so participants can immediately apply safe food handling practices, reduce contamination risk, and support their organization's food safety compliance and customer protection objectives.
