The IADC WellSharp® - Drilling Operations Awareness (Level 1) course is designed for non-supervisory personnel who support drilling operations. This course introduces key concepts in well control, including drilling processes, pressure control, kick prevention, and well control methods. It is ideal for roles such as roustabouts, deck crew, logistics personnel, and other support staff. The course provides a high-level understanding of well control to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
