Course Overview
Project failure is rarely caused by a single dramatic error — it typically results from an accumulation of unmanaged scope creep, unclear stakeholder expectations, poor risk visibility, and inconsistent communication across the project lifecycle. In construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors across the Middle East, where multi-million-dollar projects often involve complex multi-contractor arrangements and tight regulatory timelines, disciplined project management is a measurable driver of delivery success and organizational credibility.
This extended training course is designed to build comprehensive, standards-based competency in project management for personnel responsible for planning, executing, and closing organizational projects. The course is aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and ISO 21500: Guidance on Project Management, which together establish the internationally recognized framework and terminology for professional project management practice.
