Course Overview

A scaffold is only as safe as the judgment of the person supervising its erection — the foreman or leadman is the point of accountability for structural integrity, crew competency, and go/no-go decisions that other trades and inspectors rely on. On construction and industrial sites across the Middle East, where scaffolding supports high-tempo, multi-trade work at height under demanding climate conditions, a scaffolding foreman must combine technical erection knowledge with the authority and judgment to enforce safe practice under pressure.


This training course is designed to build advanced, supervisory-level competency in scaffold erection oversight, inspection, and crew leadership for personnel responsible for directing scaffolding activities on site.
