At Tamkene, we prioritize the integrity of our professional certifications. To prevent fraud and ensure that our clients can instantly verify and prove the competence of their workforce, we have implemented a robust digital verification system.

There are two primary ways to verify the authenticity of a certificateor a  card issued by Tamkene Saudi Training Center:

• QR Code Scanning: Every certificate and plastic ID card issued by Tamkene features a unique QR code. Simply scan the code using any smartphone camera or QR reader to be redirected to our secure verification portal.

• Manual Serial Number Entry: If you cannot scan the QR code, you can visit our certificate and ID card verification page and manually enter the unique serial number (Certificate ID) printed on the document.

2. What information is displayed during verification?

Once a valid code is scanned or entered, our system will display the following real-time data from our secure database:

• Full Name of the trainee.

• ID/Passport No.

• Company Name.

• Course Title (e.g., H2S & SCBA, Scaffolding Safety, etc.).

• Date of Issue and Date of Expiry.

• The unique Serial Number/ID.

• Instructor Name.

• The QR Code.

3. Why does Tamkene use a QR-based verification system?

In high-risk industries like Oil & Gas, Construction, and QHSE, it is critical that safety officers and project managers can verify credentials on-site. Digital verification eliminates the risk of forged paper documents and ensures that only properly trained personnel are operating in the field.

4. What should I do if a certificate does not show up in the system?

If you scan a QR code or enter a serial number and the system does not return a result, please:

• Double-check that the serial number was entered correctly.

• Ensure the document was issued by Tamkene Saudi Training Center.

• Contact our support team immediately at info@tamkene.com with a copy of the document so we can investigate potential fraud or technical errors.

5. Are both digital and physical certificates verifiable?

Yes. Whether you have a physical printed certificate, a laminated ID card, or a digital PDF copy, the QR code and serial number function the same way across all formats.

6. Is the verification system available for all Tamkene courses?

Yes, all training programs—including QHSE, Technical, Well Control, and Rigging & Lifting—are integrated into our centralized verification database to provide 100% transparency for our corporate partners.

7. How long are the verification records kept?

Records remain in our system for the duration of the certificate's validity. Most Tamkene safety certifications are valid for two years, after which the verification status will reflect that the certificate has expired, signaling the need for recertification.
