Do you offer on-site training?

Yes. While we have dedicated facilities, we are authorized to conduct assessments and training at your project site, provided the equipment meets safety standards and a suitable environment is available for practical testing.

Certification & Validity

How long is the certification valid?

Standard SASO-compliant certifications for heavy equipment operators and riggers typically remain valid for two years. After this period, a refresher course and re-assessment are required to ensure the operator's skills remain sharp and up-to-date with current safety protocols.

Can I verify the authenticity of a certificate?

Absolutely. Every certificate we issue includes a unique tracking ID and/or QR code. This allows employers and safety officers to verify the credentials through our online database instantly.

What happens if a candidate fails the assessment?

Safety is our priority. If a candidate does not meet the required competency level, we provide a detailed feedback report highlighting the areas of deficiency. We then offer remedial training sessions before scheduling a re-assessment.
